PACKING TIME & DELIVERY TIME

We ship orders twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of your order. Delivery times are as follows:

Within Slovenia: 1-3 working days (typically 1 day)
International Orders: Delivery time varies by country and is detailed in the Shipping Cost table below. For example, Austria (3) means 3 days. These times are based on courier service estimates and may vary, especially during busy holiday seasons. Custom orders add extra time.

PRE-ORDERS

Please note that production time for all pre-orders is 15-20 working days. This time is required to produce your piece before shipping. This does not apply to ready-to-ship items. If your order includes both a pre-order item and a ready-to-ship item, we will send both together when the pre-order item is ready.

What is a PRE-ORDER?

The PRE-ORDER option allows you to purchase items that are currently out of stock but already designed. Please note that pre-order items have a production time of 15-20 business days, as each piece is made to order before being shipped to your address. This timeline does not apply to items that are ready to ship (not marked as PRE-ORDER). If you order both a pre-order item and a ready-to-ship item, your entire order will be dispatched once the pre-order piece is completed.

PACKAGING

Our items are thoughtfully packaged using a double-box system with a soft recycled or recyclable filling in between. The interior box, adorned with our logo, adds a touch of charm, while the outer box ensures secure transportation. Both the filling material and the transportation box are recycled.

COURIER SERVICE

We collaborate with GLS for most shipping needs and with Pošta Slovenije for countries not covered by GLS.

We offer free shipping as follows:

Zones 1, 2, 3, 4: Orders over €150
Rest of the World: Orders over €250

TAXES/FEES

Within the EU: No customs tax.
Outside the EU: The recipient pays customs duties and taxes according to their country's laws. Export duty costs (€25) are shown in the table. We do not provide information on import customs fees. Buyers should check with their local customs office for more information before placing an order.

TRACKING

After your order is shipped with GLS, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the package using the GLS tracking link provided. For the rest of the world, you will receive the tracking number from Pošta Slovenije.

PICK-UP OPTION

Pick-up is available free of charge. Select this option at checkout under delivery options. Please contact us at ursula@urchic.si to arrange the pickup.
